About us

Mountain Prints is run by Claire Owen in the UK. You can contact us at hello@mountain-prints.com.

Your order

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. Our contract with you starts when we confirm your order. If we cannot accept an order, for example because of a problem with the print, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Postage is added at checkout. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we will contact you before your order is printed and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Delivery & returns page. EU buyers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties.

Made to order

Every print is made individually to your choice of size and border. Because prints are made to your order, the usual 14 day right to cancel does not apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or faulty prints

This does not affect your legal rights. If your print arrives damaged or faulty, email us with a photo and we will put it right, usually with a reprint or a refund.

Colours

Screens vary, so the colours of your print may differ slightly from how they look on your device. Hahnemühle Bamboo paper has a natural, soft texture which is part of its character.

Copyright

All photographs and images on this site are the copyright of Claire Owen. Buying a print gives you the print itself, not the right to copy, scan, resell or use the image commercially.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
